Holistic IBS Treatment

Dear Dr. Gladys,
I have been diagnosed with IBS and have been dealing with it for about one year. I was prescribed a medication for it that caused severe dry syndrome (eyes, mouth, nose, ears & skin). I am still suffering from all of these problems and want to know your opinion of acupuncture as a treatment for the IBS symptoms.
