A person who has earned a recognized doctorate degree from an accredited institution and is currently licensed to diagnose, treat, and practice his/her profession by the applicable licensing or examining board. (DC, DDS, DMD, DNSC, DPM, DO, DOM, DSC, MD, ND*, PharmD, PhDNP, PsyD or their equivalent) *ND's who have been trained by one of the seven accredited schools in the American Association of Naturopathic Medical Colleges may join in the Doctor category. $335. First-year physicians have the option of joining at a reduced price of $150.

A person who is a licensed (or license-eligible) healthcare provider, such as an acupuncturist, hypnotherapist, massage therapist, mental or social health worker, nurse, psychologist, etc. $185.

A person who has been an active physician/doctor member and has retired or is disabled from active medical practice. $150.

A person serving an internship or residency at a properly accredited hospital or medical facility. $65.

A person enrolled in a full-time training program at a recognized accredited school of medicine, osteopathic or naturopathic medical college. $40/yr. or $80 for 2-4 years - expires upon graduation date.

A person enrolled in a full-time training program at a recognized accredited school of medicine, osteopathic or naturopathic medical college and is an active AMSA/NMSA/SOMA Member. $20/year.

Undergraduates carrying 12 or more credits, or Practitioner members who are students as part of a licensure program. $30.

Any other person who is supportive of the concepts and philosophies of holistic medicine and would like to stay in touch with those working in holistic healthcare. $100.
