on her first AHMA Conference

While I do not begin medical school until August, I joined the AHMA in April. This is the last step of a goal I made for myself a few years ago, when I decided to become a doctor. I thought it would be wise to build a like-minded community for support and inspiration, so I set out to learn about integrative medicine from students, policymakers and practicing physicians before I began my own formal training.
