General Conference Information
The AHMA conference committee put together an exciting event for this fall. It won’t be one of those run-of-the-mill “vanilla-flavored” educational events (although you’ll certainly have plenty of opportunity for great learning). In addition, we hope to surprise you with delightful added touches to satisfy your mind, body and spirit!
Plan to attend so that you enjoy:
- Keynote speakers who will inspire and motivate you
- Concurrent sessions that give you choices to stimulate your thinking
- Plenty of CME’s to help you fulfill educational requirements
- Community-building and networking opportunities that will help you reconnect with old friends and make valuable new acquaintances
- Entertainment (live music, comedy, dinner, dancing) that will make you VERY glad that you joined us! (Did we forget to mention healthy chocolate?)

- Join The AHMA - Would you like to become a member of the AHMA? In addition to all the benefits of membership you will be able to register for the conference at our reduced member price.
- Registration Changes - Once you have submitted your payment, your registration is confirmed. Any change thereafter requires administrative assistance. Please call 212-838-2660 x 14 if you need help.
- Cancellation Policy - Cancellation notices must be received in writing on or before September 30. Registration fees will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after October 16.
Exhibitors
The AHMA wants to treat exhibitors the way WE would like to be treated ourselves. For example, one price will include all the basics so that you aren’t nickel-and-dimed for every little thing. We are also limiting the number of exhibits so that attendees have plenty of time to visit each booth, and exhibitors have a good opportunity to promote/share their products and services.
