Support the AHMA

You are a very special person to us! Perhaps you or a loved one have benefitted from treatment by a holistic practitioner, or maybe you just know there is a better way to practice medicine. In either case, you can be an ambassador and a great help to our cause as we bring holistic concepts to the forefront of medical practice.

Those doctors and associated health professionals who are members of the American Holistic Medical Association are dedicated to the 10 Principles of Holistic Medicine. Since our birth in 1978, the AHMA has been encouraging those who work in the medical field to learn about healing in mind, body and spirit and to incorporate that education into their practice.

AHMA members are bringing holistic teaching to medical schools, hospitals, and communities, and facilitating the transformation of medicine. Respect for the individual's life journey is a guiding principle, and more natural and inclusive ways of helping the body to heal are utilized by our members.

We invite you to help us speed the transition that is happening all over the country.

There are two ways to contribute:

1. Become a Friend of the AHMA - $100
   
   By joining as a Friend of the AHMA, your donation will be used to further our mission. With a donation of $100, you will receive non-voting membership privileges, our member newsletter and entrance into our Member Forum.
    
2. Donate to the AHMA - Any amount
   
   You are invited to contribute whatever is in your heart or that fits within your budget.  We appreciate both large and small donations in order to help us continue on the path of making holistic concepts of healing a part of everyone's medical care.
