A person who has earned a recognized doctorate degree (DC, DDS, DMD, DNSC, DPM, DO, DOM, DSC, MD, ND*, PharmD, PhDNP, PsyD, PhDPsych, NMD or their equivalent) in medicine and is currently licensed to practice their profession by the applicable licensing or examining board. (*ND's who have been trained by one of the seven accredited schools in the American Association of Naturopathic Medical Colleges may join in the Doctor category.) Doctors may select up to five Directory Categories and receive an "enhanced listing" in the Online Directory at no additional cost.  The enhanced listing includes a photo or logo and additional information, and is filtered to the top of search results.

First-year Physician - $150

Licensed Practitioner - $185
A person who is a licensed healthcare provider, such as an acupuncturist, massage therapist, mental or social health worker, nurse, psychologist, etc. Licensed practitioners may select up to three Directory Categories and may purchase addtional categories for $25 each, and may purchase an "enhanced listing" for $100.  The enhanced listing includes a photo or logo and additional information, and is filtered to the top of search results.

Certified Practitioner - $150
 Certified practitioners are professionals who work in the medical field in certain practice areas that are not licensable by an applicable licensing authority. Membership in this category includes listing in the AHMA public directory. Certified practitioners may select one Directory Category, may purchase additional categories for $50 each, and are not eligible to purchase an enhanced listing.

Retired/disabled doctor - $150
A person who has been an active physician/doctor member and has retired or is disabled from active medical practice. Retired/disabled doctors are not listed in the Online Directory.

Medical Student / Student - $50 until graduation
A person enrolled in a full-time training program at a recognized accredited school of medicine, osteopathic or naturopathic medical college, or accredited college or university. Students are not listed in the Online Directory.

Friend /Supporter - $100
Any other person who aligns with the concepts and philosophies of holistic medicine and would like to support efforts to transform healthcare. Members in this category are not listed in the Online Directory.
