This policy covers how the AHMA treats personal information that the AHMA collects and receives. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

General Information Collection and Use

The AHMA takes your privacy seriously.  We only collect personal information if you register to become a member of the AHMA, when you purchase AHMA products or services, or when you email us through our contact forms when you are seeking information.

The AHMA only rents and shares personal information about you with affiliated organizations to inform you of educational events and product and service information we believe would be of interest. We transfer information about you only in the event that the AHMA is acquired by or merged with another organization. In this event, the AHMA will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
