Through AHMA, you are connected to fellow practitioners from a number of disciplines with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Members learn from one another. That is the impetus behind AHMA’s major focus to make connecting with your colleagues simpler, more accessible than ever.
For the past several months, AHMA has been under renovation. Staff and committed volunteer leaders are integrating the newest tools to help you make the most of your membership. Here are some of the changes you may have seen, or will see soon:
  • Beefed up Find-A-Doctor/Practitioner feature on the AHMA website, including an enhanced / priority listing option for licensed practitioners, an option to include your picture or business logo, and space to describe your practice
  • Have you noticed a difference in the newsletter lately? Your suggestions
    have led to new segments such as Practice Management Tips and AHMA
    Classifieds, with job listings, practices for sale and more
  • More bloggers, authored by members and leading practitioners, are posting
    articles on their practice or holistic medicine in general
  • The new AHMA members-only forum is launching next month so that you
    can connect to local and national practitioners
  • A redesigned website with easier access to the links you visit most
  • More webinars so that you can enhance your holistic education without
    leaving home
